Animyst Lab (also branded 'Animyst AI' on its capability deck) is a Los Angeles AI venture studio whose tagline is 'Where AI ideas become companies'. It argues that AI has a gap between prototype and production that most companies cannot cross alone, and that agencies, accelerators and consultants deliver decks, advice and invoices rather than working products. Its answer is to build rather than advise: it embeds with founders, writes the code, ships the product and operates alongside them until the venture works, taking companies 'from architecture to revenue'. The work runs in three phases (Discover, Build, Scale) covering problem scoping and system design, embedded engineering sprints and agent orchestration, and production deployment, go-to-market and operational handoff. Its site shows two current ventures: Famished, an agent-based, zero-commission AI food discovery and delivery platform, and Svarna, a generative AI jewelry CAD platform. The site appears to have launched in September 2026 (terms and privacy policy effective 18 September 2026), and public information beyond the website is minimal.
