Campus Founders is a comprehensive startup and co-innovation hub in Heilbronn, Germany, backed by the Dieter Schwarz Foundation. Founded in 2019 and led by CEO Oliver Hanisch, Campus Founders operates as a hybrid model offering multiple pathways for entrepreneurs at different stages. The organization combines practical experience, cutting-edge innovation, founder-friendly values, financial support, and a global network to empower the next generation of responsible founders and innovators. Campus Founders runs several distinct programs including a Venture Studio (offering up to €100,000 in convertible loans for pre-seed startups), AI Founders (a 12-week equity-free accelerator with €25,000 scholarships), AI Start (a 4-week ideation program), an Incubator (6-month program for early-stage startups), and a general Accelerator (12-week program with €18,000 scholarships). The hub is positioned at the heart of the Bildungscampus Heilbronn, adjacent to the Innovation Park Artificial Intelligence (IPAI), and serves as a platform connecting students, founders, investors, and companies to promote collaboration and co-innovation. Campus Founders has supported over 300 active startups in their community with approximately 60 startups participating in programs annually. The organization annually hosts Heilbronn Slush'D, attracting over 1,000 participants from the European innovation ecosystem.
