Venture Stars is a Munich-based venture capital firm founded in 2011 by serial entrepreneurs Stefan Pfannmoeller, Martin Junker, and Florian Calmbach, who previously co-founded netzathleten media (acquired by RTL media group for over €20 million in 2012). The firm specializes in pre-seed and seed investments in innovative digital B2C and B2B business models, investing initial tickets ranging from €500k to €1.5m with follow-on capacity up to €4m total per company.
