InMotion Ventures is the corporate venture capital arm and innovation unit of Jaguar Land Rover, founded in 2016 as a core component of JLR's Open Innovation programme. The organization operates through two distinct divisions: a venture capital fund that invests globally from Pre-Seed to Series A in climate, industrial, and enterprise technologies, and a venture studio (Studio 107) that incubates and builds new mobility services from concept to growth. The fund focuses on investments critical to accelerating JLR's Reimagine strategy to become an electric-first business, leader in services and technology, and carbon net zero company by 2039. InMotion's venture studio supports entrepreneurs in validating and incubating early-stage business ideas that address enterprise challenges, disrupt traditional models, and create value for a new generation of customers. Studio 107, named after the 107% rule in motorsport, works closely with Jaguar Land Rover to build new services in the urban mobility sector. As a strategic corporate venture capital arm, InMotion provides portfolio companies with unique combination of capital, partnership opportunities with one of the world's most innovative OEMs, domain expertise, and exposure to the wider Tata Group ecosystem.
