24 and Up is a startup venture studio founded in 2022 in Raleigh, North Carolina that serves as both an idea incubator and co-founder, offering comprehensive resources to startups throughout the critical first 24 months and beyond. Founded by Eric Boduch, a co-founder of Raleigh unicorn Pendo, the studio was created to improve the speed and outcomes of software startups by combining investment and hands-on entrepreneurial support in a way that traditional venture capital does not. The studio operates with the philosophy that nine out of ten startups fail due to early missteps and execution risks during the critical first 24 months, and aims to minimize these risks by providing a complete operational backbone from day one. 24 and Up works hand-in-hand with entrepreneurs to co-create B2B SaaS companies, providing engineering, design, recruiting, finance, legal help, and capital from the start. The studio focuses on building AI-native software companies and operates with a plan to launch two new companies every year. Rather than waiting for founders to come with ideas, the studio identifies opportunities, validates them, and then attracts experienced entrepreneurs to lead the ventures.
