Interplay Studio (formerly known as Foundry) is a venture studio that builds companies from scratch by developing internal ideas, conducting extensive diligence, and recruiting cofounder CEOs to lead these ventures. The studio is designed to fill gaps in society by identifying missing solutions in the social fabric and building commercially viable companies to address them. As part of the larger Interplay ecosystem, the studio provides comprehensive support including capital, talent, operational expertise, and access to a platform of service companies that support over 10% of all venture-backed companies in the US. The studio operates as an interim cofounder, helping break the cold-start phenomenon and removing one of the most painful steps in company formation.
